Foreclosures in Marin are continuing to plummet, dropping almost by half in 2014 compared with the previous year, a real estate information service said.
In Marin, 294 foreclosure filings took place last year, a 43 percent drop compared with 515 in 2013, according to RealtyTrac, an Irvine-based clearinghouse for foreclosure information.
