Controversial apartment complex in Corte Madera nearing end of construction

When an 180-unit apartment complex in Corte Madera opens its doors to residents in the next few months, it will mark nearly three years since the project broke ground.

People who want to lease an apartment at the Tam Ridge Residences, which are located at the site of the former WinCup manufacturing plant on Tamal Vista Boulevard, will be able to do so in about two months.
